We do refund on unwanted items as long as they are sealed and in original packaging with a reciept. If the item you want to return is opened but not wanted this will lead to a 20% handling charge.
You must keep proof of purchase and packaging for all refunds or exchanges.
We will exchange or refund if you suspect your item is faulty. We ask for at least 14 days to test the product and to return to manufacturer to receive an exchange/refund.
When returning genuine Epson, HP, Lexmark or Canon inks, we do ask to allow us up to 14 days to return to manufacturer for refund/exchange.
We do not return opened cartridges if they are unwanted.
When purchasing compatible inks for your printer, we can not guarantee the cartridges will work as they are non-genuine and may not be compatible with your printer. If you have used compatible's with your printer before and they do work, then so should ours. So you must be aware you are purchasing these at your own risk and we do not refund or exchange once the seal is broken on the cartridge.
